We do not believe in open-ended transformation projects with variable costs that run for months without tangible results. Instead, we use a fixed-cost phased approach. We begin by establishing a factual baseline of the system's health [Diagnostic], followed by targeted technical and process interventions [Stabilise, Systematise & Sustain] to restore the planning capability . This ensures speed-to-value and clear accountability at every stage.

A detailed technical and process diagnostic to identify the issues and root causes of SAP IBP system issues. We review system adoption, performance, configuration logic, master data health, and planner operations against best-practice standards.
Output: A detailed diagnostic report that identifies issues and a prioritised roadmap for remediation.
2. Stabilisation sprint

Duration: 4 weeks
Using the critical findings from the diagnostic, we correct and cleanse master data inputs, retune the planning algorithms (Heuristics/Optimiser) and update the planning views and analytics to enable the planners to confidently use the system again.
Output: The bulk-correction of critical master data fields, adjusting of validated planning algorithm rule changes and updated planning views and analytics.

Duration: 2 weeks
Designing the technical rules for how data moves from your source systems (ERP) into SAP IBP. We document exactly how every field translates to ensure the numbers match.
Output: Field-level Mapping Documents, specific Transformation Logic Rules, and a full Integration Architecture Diagram.

Ensuring your internal team is equipped with the updated process and integration blueprint, to operate the system independently and sustainably. We define clear roles and document the exact steps required to run the planning cycle smoothly.
Output: Updated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), a Data RACI Matrix (ownership definitions), and Train-the-Trainer workshops.
